 Warren Weibert has always believed in personal involvement and commitment, whether it is family, business, associations, scholastic, civic, or church. Whether it was president of the local Rotary Club or chairman of the church trustees, Warren has been involved. Over time Warren has been Chairman of the Feeders Council of the Kansas Livestock Association (KLA), President of the KLA, President of Cattle-Fax, Chairman of various committees of the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCA), served on the Kansas Beef Council, the Cattlemen’s Beef Board, the NCA Integration/Concentration Task Force, President of Kansas Agriculture and Rural Leadership Board, and various committees and boards at Kansas State University. The NCA Strategic Alliances Pilot Project was held at Decatur County Feed Yard in 1992. Warren has learned a lot by being involved and tries to implement what he has learned into his business.
